Service · The rollout
Until it holds
Without us
A plan on paper is not a change in practice. Support is the guided rollout: tools chosen, templates written, results watched, and the work handed back to you.
What it answers
The gap between an approved plan and a working practice is where most adoption fails. The template never quite gets written, the checkpoint is skipped once under deadline pressure, and within a quarter the office is back to where it started.
Support closes that gap deliberately, and it is designed to end. The measure of success is that you no longer need the mandate.
Format
Guided rollout
Starts from
A plan you already approved
Cadence
Agreed at the outset
Duration
Until the practice holds alone
You end with
Templates, registers, and the handover
Exit
Planned from day one
What you keep
Working templates
The actual prompts and forms your staff use, tested on real matters and written down.
The registers
Records of what was deployed, what it touches, and who approved it. The paperwork a reviewer would ask for.
The handover pack
Enough documentation for a named person inside the practice to own it after we leave.
Support is not a retainer that quietly renews. It has a defined end, and if the rollout is going badly we will say so and stop rather than extend it.
